Frustration #1: Lack of Energy



"I'm constantly tired, and it's affecting everything. The demands of daily life - work, kids, household chores - drain me. I feel like I don't have the same energy levels I used to. It's hard to keep up."



Can you relate?



The obvious solution is to neglect the kids and put yourself as the ONE AND ONLY priority! (just kidding)



While that is a joke, there is a gold nugget in that statement.



The most common excuse is, "It would be wrong of me not to make my kids a priority".



And I agree, I am a dad now and I have a wife. We have a 4 year old and 2 year old. I get it.



But notice that it's not about NOT making your kids a priority, it's about ALSO making yourself a priority.



If you do not embrace the "AND" concept, you'll stay stuck in a rut of low energy and vitality.



So ask yourself, despite needing to make my kids a top priority with their demanding schedules and needs, what would I do right now if their success and happiness depended on ME having GREAT energy?



That is my tip today.



What decision would you make TODAY if your kids happiness and success depending on YOU having great energy? (because the truth is, it does!)



- Plan your date night with your spouse (every Sunday plan it)?


- Go to be 30 minutes earlier and stop screens 30 minutes before bed?


- Cut out the late night snack?


- Hire a personal trainer?
