The Foundation of PFP’s Approach

1:1 Success Session

During the very first session with PFP, your athlete will:

  • Begin to build trust with their coach
  • Receive a Mindset Assessment, Injury Reduction Screening, and Physical Performance Testing
  • Build a customized, progressive plan
  • Discover their “why”

11-Week Foundation Building

Over the course of 11-week Foundation Building, your athlete will:

  • Experience powerful, positive mindset changes
  • Learning new movements and strengthen tight or weak muscles
  • Gain confidence and competence by getting out of their comfort zone

Year 1: Personal Transformation

By working with PFP for a full year, your athlete will:

  • Boost their confidence after completing the 52 Motivational Message Cycle
  • Experience positive changes in attitudes and habits
  • Respond constructively to new challenges
  • Complete a Full-Training Macrocycle

Years 2+: Becoming a Leader

After being involved with PFP for years, your athlete will:

  • Become more self-assured in who they are
  • Serve as a leader or captain of their teams and groups
  • Transform from influenced to influential
  • Be driven to challenge themselves and take risks
