Kaelyn, a life-long gymnast has put in the work over the years with sports performance training as well as mindset training at PFP. Because of her hard work and intentionality over the years, Kaelyn has become a confident leader on and off the mat.
We love her story because it is one so many athletes can relate to! It is a journey of learning, growing and finding what she is really passionate about. We're excited to see Kaelyn's journey continue in the fall at Fairmont State University on the acrobatics and tumbling team!
