Maybe 2020 is going to be an amazing year for you...
Maybe you are going to take on new challenges...
Maybe you are going to take your health and nutrition to the next level...
Maybe you are going to hold yourself accountable to what you really want out of yourself this year...
Maybe is always great but the difference from saying "I wish I", or "it would have been great if", blah blah blah is ACTION!
Firing even before you have taken aim. If you are like me waiting for the perfect time to start a new diet, try a new workout program, read a new book, or do anything that requires an action from yourself is next to impossible.
We wonder why it is so difficult but I know the answer
Life doesn't wait for the perfect time. Doors open and doors close, so when you notice the door is open choose to FIRE!
Choose to run
Choose to prepare meals
Choose to take care of your body
Choose to recover
Choose to rest
Choose to train
Choose the option you want, when you are able to because if you let it pass by you just might never get it back!
The difference between the person you are today and the person you want to be is taking action. The more you take action and go all in the more confidence you will have in that area.
It can be hard at times but stick to it and see the progress you have over time.
I believe there are 5 Core Rules to changing your situation
- Be Committed to being present everyday
- Be Authentic you have to be yourself to change
- Be Vulnerable (WANT) is where you don't want to go
- Be Honest you're only fooling yourself
- Be Courageous, this is HARD work
If you follow these 5 Rules I promise you there will be a difference in 2020.
It all comes down to how bad you want it.
