From Scrawny to D1 College Lacrosse
"Back when I was a scrawny lacrosse player who got knocked down almost every time I touched the ball, I desperately wanted to be like Taylor Cummings. I wanted to be like the college players I looked up to. I had big goals but I lacked belief in myself because of my lack of strength.
One day I got knocked down hard as I went to take a shot. I had never felt so embarrassed. I realized that if I wanted to reach my goals of college lacrosse, I needed to do something different. I needed to get a trainer and start getting strong.
What does that mean for you?
If a scrawny lax girl like me with no strength or experience can go from feeling weak to dominating on the field at the D1 level, then so can you!" -Lizzie, Female Lacrosse Player
There are many young women and men out there who are one decision away from getting strong and changing their entire outlook and future. They simply need to be motivated appropriately. Our personal trainers and strength coaches can do that for your athlete.
Dedicated to your child's success on and off the field,
