The PFP coaches have taught me to push myself, to get out of my head and not be afraid to try new things. That it is ok to be uncomfortable (as long as I am not hurting myself). I know that my hard work has increased my strength and really helped me to run, but I never realized the mental block I had before, the coaches work hard on helping me remove that as well and last night really showed me that.

MEET OUR PFP WARRIORS

I’m 52 years old, a husband and father of 3.  As the owner of a drywall business, my day usually starts at 5am and ends at 6pm.  I hadn’t been physically active for over 10 years aside from a weekly round of golf.  I was too busy. I was too tired.

I’ve watched the positive and meaningful impact that PFP has had on my kids and my wife.

So after a year of prodding (and some bribery) from a PFP coach and begging from my family, I  finally took them up on their challenge to join the 6am 10-day fit camp last April. Now I know MY WHY!

My PFP experience has been meaningful and challenging.  I beat my own expectations with every workout. I’ve had some bumps and bruises, and also made some great new friends along with way. It’s easy to find the time for a workout when you love it and see results repeatedly.  I feel so good when I end a workout. The best part is the knowing my wife, my kids are proud of me and the PFP team is behind me all the way.

Before coming to the PFP Fit Camp, the thought of working out in a gym setting was stressful for me! The high caliber of coaching and the positive camaraderie amongst the group have totally dispelled my anxieties about going to "the gym." Coach Joe's style is extremely intuitive. He is able to generate the energy needed to lead a group class, all while providing personal modifications at the individual level when needed. The coaches genuinely care about our success, and that is why I keep coming back to PFP.
