DATE: JUNE 1 | TIME: 7:30PM | LOCATION: PFP
This event will equip college and high school athletes with EVERYTHING they need to handle the pressures of sport with poise and to take back control of their mental health.
WHY THIS EVENT AND WHY NOW?
Now is not the time to point fingers and blame coaches or parents or the sports society we live in. Suicides are happening, athletes are anxious, stressed, and depressed. They are not equipped to handle the pressure with poise and it is not going away...
These high school and college students need to know that they can take back control of their mental health. They need to know how to control the narrative they are playing in their heads.
They need to be inspired, empowered, and equipped with tools to become unshakeable, resilient, and confident.
We will have an opening keynote presentation followed by a powerful discussion with a panel of impact-driven, world class psychologists, coaches, mentors, and former college athletes.
