Leaders Do Whatever it Takes!

Do Whatever It Takes

Yesterday I had the opportunity to coach 6 teenagers, some athletes, some not, via PFP’s Virtual Fitness Experience.

I forgot how fun, effective, and powerful virtual performance training could be. #GratefulForTechnology

It is certainly not a long-term replacement for in-person development and performance enhancement, but it is a wonderful supplement for adults and kids.

These 6 students embody what is quickly becoming PFP’s theme for 2020:

Do Whatever It Takes

Like the song by Imagine Dragons, leaders have to be willing to do whatever it takes right now to serve, to inspire, to motivate, to encourage, to be the rising tide that raises all ships, and to be the lighthouse.

My encouragement to you today is this→ be the “do whatever it takes” example. Do it for the people in your life who need you most (within moral, legal, and ethical boundaries of course).

If that means at home virtual workouts, spending extra time on a Sunday meal prepping, and waking up earlier to get in your quiet time in order to stay physically and mentally healthy and vibrant during challenging times, do whatever it takes!

If we do, they do. If we do, our friends do. If we do, our family may ;-)

Do whatever it takes today. Tomorrow, you and many others will be better because of it.

Serving you,

Coach Andrew and the PFP Team

P.S. If you have not tried the PFP Virtual Training Experience, click here or reply to this email. It is worth giving it a shot, especially if you want the support, the community, the massive encouragement, and the result-producing workouts that our coaches deliver. It can be a temporary replacement or a convenient supplement to in-person workouts.
