Get comfortable, acclimated, motivated & confident in a 1 hour personal training session. We'll get to know you & your goals and you'll get to know us :-)

We have 34 in-person workouts and 17 virtual workouts to choose from. We will find a time that works for you. 


Is it clean & safe to workout in the gym?

  • We have lowered class capacity to 25%

  • Masks are required to be worn by staff and clients

  • 15 minute gaps in between classes to allow for disinfecting

  • Everyone uses their own assigned equipment 

  • All equipment is disinfected after being used
