What do you do for athletes?
Our program is a long-term total athletic development program. We focus on building well-rounded athletes.
Mental training/sports psychology and confidence building
Upper body and lower body strength
Improving straight ahead speed
Improving agility and quickness
Core strength and endurance
Rotational power for lacrosse players, baseball and softball players, tennis players, golfers, quarterbacks
Vertical jump training for athletes who play basketball, volleyball, football
How much does it cost?
As low as $25 per session. 99% of our athletes train for 12 week cycles at a time, 2 to 3 days per week. During their season, we create a 1 day/week maintenance and recovery program to ensure they maintain the strength and speed they have gained, as well work on flexibility and recovery to stay fresh and reduce the risk of injury. We offer Drop in rates, Bi-Weekly Payment Plans, Flex Plans and Session Bundles for all of our youth athlete and adult programming.
Do you make customized programs or do all the athletes do the same thing?
All of our athletes have a program customized to their ability levels, their goals, and their sport. There is no such thing as a “one size fits all” approach for athletes. They are all built differently and have different goals and desires. We look to the parents as well as the athletes to share these things with us.
How does it work? Does my athlete come twice a week, three times a week?
Every athlete gets to start out with a Success Session. It is a 1 on 1, 1-hour long personal coaching session where we as coaches find out their goals, their strengths, their areas of opportunity, how they are best motivated, ways we can prevent injuries, and more.
The Success Session is a valuable tool for every athlete as we will provide you with a complete evaluation summary and action steps to become the athlete you can be. For first time athletes, the Success Session is only $50. Make sure to mention this to our team when you call (240) 341-2921 to set up the Success Session.

Absolutely. If he/she were my child, I would want them to learn nutrition from coaches that influence them.
It is the area every parent wants their child to improve in, but it is rarely talked about in school or sports. We start every training session with a nutrition tip and accountability for each athlete. We get many emails from parents saying their child has taken action and changed things for the better in the nutrition department, as a result of the nutrition tips.
What times do you do workouts for athletes?
During the school year, Mondays-Thursdays from 3-8 pm, Fridays from 3-6 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am-12:00 pm.
Over the summer, we typically end at 7 pm during the week and we open up morning time slots for the athletes who can drive, or whose parents have flexible work schedules.
How many athletes work out in a session?
1:5 coach to athlete ratio. This allows us to individualize the training experience, push the athletes individually, and connect with them better. Max of 5 athletes, but we aim for 4.
Do I have to commit to a certain time?
No, we are flexible and give plenty of grace. We know schedules are unpredictable, ever-changing, and crazy…especially when you have children in sports. We will work with you to make sure we find times that work for you and your schedule.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, a generous 8 hours before your scheduled training time. Just so we can fill the spot if another parent calls in.
